I worked on a toy model, which was just a ball constrained to move on a frictionless circle, rotating about an axis, placed asymmetrically on the plane of the circle. We solved for the exact time-dependent classical solutions of this model when it is appropriately quenched. This model has got qualitative similarities with ferromagnetic material in an external magnetic field.
